My current Gym, what I like about this gym Is the ambience and the atmosphere. Posh crowd and gym goers come here in the evening for a quick workout. The gym also has many other things to offer besides normal gymming.

Things like Zumba, yoga, Disco-Spinning session, Steam etc. The cardio section is big in size with around 10 Treadmills, 6 elliptical machines and other releated machines as well. The weight training section can get congested during peak hours.

Nice gym, good ambience, crowd is also good, situated in chembur east, bundled with lots of equipments for weightlifting and crossfit along with steam room and extra activities like zumba, kickboxing and functional training..
